Let me say that again… if it FEELS GOOD, it IS GOOD.
Did you get that? Do you understand what that means?
It means that the first thing you want to do is take a deep breath and assess how you are feeling right now. If you’re still struggling to understand what feeling good is, or you’re one of those folks that asks “What if I want to go kick someone?” I’d say that doesn’t cut it.
Feeling good is important business. I would even say that feeling good is the most important thing you can do!
It is often misinterpreted however. People sometimes mistake feeing “better” with feeling “good”. They are not always the same. It depends on where you begin. For instance, if you are feeling angry, disappointment is an improvement and though it may feel better it still doesn’t qualify as feeling GOOD.
This is a critical distinction. Understanding the emotional state you are in (or moving toward) and how it stacks on the emotional resonance scale is the key to effectively apply this advice.
Feeling good is when you are in feelings like joy, excitement, bliss, happiness, appreciation, love, ecstasy, etc. Then once you are joyful, you have access to inspired action. This is when you want to go do something, anything that feels good at the time. And it means you have qualified your state of being well.
Magic happens when we are feeling good and taking action from that frequency. You are of highest benefit to yourself and others when you are operating from such a vibrational state. This is where real change begins–in your life and that of others around you.
